  • Check Out time Is 11am. If you need a later check-out, please contact your host

  • Turn off all lights and fans

  • Close all windows

  • Lock and close all external doors before leaving

Exit Checklist

Please help with the following Items before leaving the house

  • Place all used towels in the hamper provided in the laundry room.

  • Place all of the dishes in the dishwasher and start it. Handwash all remaining dirty dishes, glasses and pots.

  • If the patio is used, please replace the furniture covers and make sure the gas is turned off for the fire pit

  • Empty and discard used food items in the refrigerator.

  • The garbage and recyclables from the kitchen and restrooms should be removed and placed in the cans in the bear box at the top of the driveway.

  • Replace any furniture that has been moved to its original placement.

  • In the winter months: set all the heater thermostats (main hallway and lower game room) to 50, turn off kitchen heater, and make sure all portable heaters are off and stored away in their original locations.

  • Make sure there is no food left on the deck or in the grill, as this will attract unwanted four legged visitors
